Creating Livelihood Opportunities
GRTF believes that empowerment should extend beyond training to practical opportunities for people to apply their skills. Through its youth empowerment initiatives, the Foundation has provided 500+ young people with practical livelihood and creative-industry tools, including sewing machines, shoemaking equipment, beat-making kits and other starter resources.
By connecting young people with productive tools and opportunities to use their abilities, GRTF seeks to strengthen self-reliance, entrepreneurship, creativity and access to income-generating opportunities.

GRTF has supported 4,445 children and girls through scholarships and educational assistance, including vulnerable children and out-of-school learners.
This work reflects the Foundation's commitment to reducing practical barriers that can prevent children and girls from accessing or continuing their education. By providing targeted educational support, GRTF seeks to help beneficiaries remain connected to learning and expand their future opportunities.

GRTF has distributed 78 wheelchairs to support persons with disabilities, complemented by inclusive sports and community activities.
The Foundation recognizes that access to mobility can be an important foundation for participation and independence. Its disability-related interventions therefore seek not only to provide practical assistance, but also to promote dignity, inclusion, participation and community connection.
