GrassRoots Talent Foundation (GRTF) is a community-based nonprofit organization working to improve the lives and opportunities of vulnerable and underserved people and communities.
Our work focuses on practical support that responds to real barriers people face, from limited access to education and livelihood opportunities to exclusion, disability, hardship and lack of opportunities to participate fully in community life. We place particular emphasis on advancing the safety, dignity, rights and inclusion of women and girls, especially those facing poverty, discrimination, disability and exclusion.
Through youth skills and livelihood support, scholarships and educational assistance, disability inclusion, humanitarian support, sports, arts and other community-based activities, GRTF helps people build confidence, develop their potential, access opportunity and achieve greater independence. Our work with women and girls also promotes protection, access to justice, civic participation, leadership and economic independence, while engaging communities to address barriers and discriminatory norms.
